Using Istos Housing.

These terms explain the current Istos Housing service and your responsibilities when using it.

What the service provides

You can save housing preferences, register provider and property details, and request an optional AI telephone interview. The service does not currently provide browsable listings, matching or introductions. Participating does not guarantee a home, a tenant or any future introduction.

Saving information does not create a tenancy, reserve a property or enter you into an agreement with another participant.

Your account and information

Use your own Google account and keep the information you submit accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, submit misleading information or interfere with other participants or the service.

Registering properties

Register only properties you own or are authorised to represent. Provide contact details you are authorised to use and update availability when it changes. Existing listing URLs are references; adding a link does not import or republish the listing or its photographs.

Optional AI interviews

A telephone interview happens only after you request a callback and consent to the call and transcription. The assistant identifies itself and confirms your willingness to continue. You may decline questions or end the call. Review and correct the resulting draft before saving it; AI can misunderstand or omit details.

Your choices and privacy

You can edit your records, pause your housing search, change property availability, remove properties or delete your account. The privacy notice explains how information is processed, retention and account deletion.

A service in development

The service may change as we learn from participants. Availability and future features are not guaranteed. If we change these terms, we will update this page and its date.
